Each applicant should complete a separate rental application. If two people are applying for one apartment, two separate applications should be submitted.  

To ensure a quick approval, please make sure all information is complete.

A holding deposit cheque equal to half a months' rent should be sent to our office.  Cheques can be made payable to Paramount Management.  Applications will only be reviewed once the cheque is received.  There is no processing fee.
